Our official 5 Weeks to Tough Mudder Event Training Programme is designed to uniquely prepare you for the Tough Mudder course. Led by certified Tough Mudder Bootcamp Trainers, you’ll be taken from your current fitness level to the start line - ready to tackle all the obstacles the course has in store.

What's Included

  • Five weeks of customised workouts, designed to help you conquer the course. Three workout progressions will ensure you are met at your current fitness level.
  • Online group coaching, motivation, and accountability from a certified Tough Mudder Bootcamp Trainer.
  • Access to a private Facebook group to join a community with other Mudders-in-training going to your same event.
  • Weekly livestreams with your coach to discuss obstacle insights, brush up on your skills, answer your training questions, and prep for your event day experience.
  • Weekly emails including your training programme for the upcoming week, motivation, and tips from TMHQ**.

**Programme emails will begin on the Thursday 5 weeks out from your event.

How It Works

2. Select the program for the event location that you are registered for.

3. Join the Facebook Group with other Mudders-in-training heading to your same event.
4. Receive your weekly training program each Saturday, starting 5 weeks out from your event.
5. Put in the work.

VIRTUAL COACH-LED GROUP TRAINING

A certified Tough Mudder Bootcamp Trainer will be virtually by your side throughout the Event Training programme. From hosting livestreams, providing motivation and support, providing modification suggestions to fit your needs, and answering all of your pre-event questions, your coach is here to help. Each coach has vast experience and knowledge of the Tough Mudder events to make sure you’re ready when you reach the start line.

OBSTACLE INSIGHTS

Our coaches will provide you with the insight, tips, and training necessary to conquer all of the obstacles on the Tough Mudder course. Once your course map is available, your coach will also offer a course breakdown to ensure you are prepared for event day. From Everest 2.0 to Block Ness Monster to Funky Monday, train to overcome them all.

Your coach for the Tough Mudder Event Training Program, Shayne is a long-time Tough Mudder enthusiast and personal trainer ready to help you reach your goals.

Having grown up around a lot of unhealthy habits, Shayne made it her passion to help others combat those habits that she saw first hand. Now as a Tough Mudder Bootcamp Trainer, Shayne has unmatched energy to help you be fully prepared for your next event.
